AVAILABILITY & ENROLLMENT

ENROLMENT DETAILS

• Enrol campers by creating an account on our booking system Kids Club HQ, where you will be able to make and manage your booking.

• At enrolment, payment in full or a £200 deposit per camper per session is required to confirm the booking. After 1st June, payment in full at enrolment will be required.

• We accept both Childcare Vouchers and Tax Free Childcare. You can pay immediately with TFC via the new HMRC TFC API (a mouthful, I know) by following the steps on the payment page. If using CCVs then you must arrange payment as soon as you have enrolled to secure the place.

• Once enrolment is complete you will receive a confirmation email including detail of any balance remaining (please check your junk mailbox and then add to your safe sender list so you don’t miss future emails).

• Balances will be due 6 weeks before your session start date and can be paid via your Kids Club HQ account.

• A £50 discount will be automatically applied when two siblings are enrolled together, with a further £50 for each additional sibling thereafter. If a sibling is added later please let us know so we can apply the discount.

• 20% of places on each session are available at early bird rates. When they’re gone they’re gone!

• If you select two consecutive sessions for your child then the holdover fee will be automatically applied. If you wish, however, to take them out of camp for the holdover night then simply drop us an email and we can remove the fee.

• We reserve some spaces for deserving children who require financial assistance and work with The Tony Trust to help get funding for them. For more information please contact us.

• The camp fee covers everything except travel to and from camp. If you wish to take advantage of the accompanied transport please add this during the enrolment process. Check our travel page for details.
